Somatic Floorwork

Service Description

Stretching, sliding, gliding, spiraling. Class will explore how to move more efficiently through the room with ease. We will play with spiraling from the floor to standing and back down again, falling with control, and finding softness and space in the body. Dancers will start with a floor based warm up and progress to flow oriented phrase work.
